Senior IT Specialist

• Interpreting Services: Our Interpreting Business Unit excels in providing on-demand interpreting solutions for conferences, meetings, and events of all scales for large public and private organizations. Our project management department handles an average of more than 700 interpreting services per day provided around the world.
• Intellectual Property: Seprotec’ s Intellectual Property Business Unit offers a comprehensive range of professional IP solutions to corporations and law firms that streamline IP operations, assisting clients with every patent or trademark issue, in any jurisdiction and any language and on a proprietary platform.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional to join our team in Madrid as a Senior IT Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize IT infrastructure environments across on-premises and cloud platforms.
• Administer and maintain Active Directory, identity management, and access control policies.
• Operate and enhance Microsoft 365 and Azure services, including identity and security configurations.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
• Provide support for infrastructure-related issues and escalations.
• Execute infrastructure projects, including migrations, upgrades, and platform improvements.
• Manage and optimize virtualized environments.
• Support networking topics, including VPNs, firewalls, and connectivity troubleshooting.
• Maintain and improve technical documentation, operational procedures, and standards.
• Collaborate with international teams and external service providers

Requirements:

• Proven experience in system administration and infrastructure.
• Proficiency in English.
• Solid knowledge of Active Directory and identity & access management (IAM).
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
• Proven expertise in Windows Server administration.
• Understanding of IT security principles and access control frameworks.
• Experience supporting networking components (VPN, firewalls, connectivity).
• Experience working on infrastructure projects (migrations, upgrades, improvements)
• Ability to provide advanced technical support
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
